They have a private island, Palomino, that is 100-acres w/ horseback riding and beaches. I have seen references to topless (and otherwise) options on the beach here. I believe it is the private part of the island that allows the bathing "option". There is a boat that takes you from the resort over to the island and back. Might be an option for your stopover trip. Ah, the Golden Door Spa might also be a good way to start relaxing! Good luck, Erma Post Extras
