Louise and I are making our reservations for our trip this winter to Guadeloupe, and we found that Sofitel has a page for internet specials. Drop by

and type in the destination, your dates, and follow the links. Our stay will be in the Auberge de la Vieille Tour in Gosier, and the "public" rate during our stay is 240 euros, and the "internet special" is 192 euros. I'm not sure how many people pay the public rate, so check around to see if the discount is real, but we're happy with that rate. The auberge is a very nice place to stay. Phil.....Thanks for the update on the Sofitel site.....I tested it on the Christopher Hotel for March and April, got a $240 internet special response. Interesting, since the "public" rate was $490, for whoever takes that rate without asking! All the best to you and yours. Take care of yourself, enjoy the good life. A votre santÈ.....
