Would you like to share the code for the villa you're describing and also the rental agency name? If everyone who'd had a similar experience posted the code or name of the offending villa here, we would would have a pool of places to avoid.

I had a situation 3 years ago in which the jacuzzi was not in order and I was given a very good rebate from WIMCO to compensate for it. We've been to SBH 15 years in a row so I suppose it was just good business. But I find it incredible that your rental agent would do nothing for you. We have had numerous friends in similar situations and they've always been moved.
