yeah its close by where Wendi lived when she was studying her damn humpback whales which breed and give birth right off of Samana, on the Silver Banks......poor area....crime...well..you get the picture I'm sure......the DR really has a long, long way to go to be anything even remotely appealing...especially for someone like yourself who, from what I gather, kind of likes St Barts

Of course, those places get shut down once in a while by the DR government for whatever reason...or when there is an incursion of guerilla fighters from Haiti...don't know the prevalence of HIV in DR, in Haiti it is common knowledge, however, the place was good enough for Bill Clinton in his day, when he visited Punta Canta, so that should be all the recommendation that is necessary, hmmmmmm? Or should that be hummmmmmmmm?

Merci. This place is actually not very near Punta Cana.
Punta Cana looks fine - sort of like a European Cancun On Steroids.
This place is on the north shore, apparently away from everything except trouble.
