OK, WOW...I struck a chord (pun intended). Great playlists here. Some real surprises. So much for trying to guess ages/generations from your playlists. Some old, some new, some...who? Thanks everyone. Keep 'em coming.

Not anymore. Biggest owner is Renault with over 20%. But let's stick to the music. Swedish music is actually still doing great, finacially too. I don't contribute to it much. The Ebba Grön album is one of my very few purchases of swedish music the last few years. I'm glad I did buy it, worked fine on SBH :)

notice my struggle to get back on topic ;)

Primus - City Gardens Trenton NJ The Mighty Mighty Bosstons - The Boathouse VA Beach Steel Pulse - Trump Marina AC Sugar - The Cat's Cradle Chapel Hill, NC Tool - MSG

Tough question, Mike. In no particular order: The Clash, Bond's Casino NYC in the early 80's. Renaissance, Carnegie Hall NYC with 24 piece orchestra Ramones, everytime- no band had more fun than those guys. Pretenders & English Beat, Lisner Auditorium DC early 80's Dylan and The Band MSG NYC in the 70's Hot Tuna, Academy of Music NYC early 70's As soon as I post, I'll think of others (Lou Reed, Jackson Browne come to mind)

Easy:
- Deep Purple - the last concert in Sweden that my youth guitar hero Richie Blackmore played. I loved every minute! It was worth six months of tinnitus.
- AC/DC - Stiff upper lip-tour - Wow, what energy!
- Mari Boine - a norwegian sami who with her band and suggestive jojk took me to a better place at a time when I really needed it. A magic night.
- Phil Collins - a great night just the husband and me, lovely dinner, concert... hotel... baby sitter...
- Tomas Ledin - outside concert at a festival in our neighbour town in the beginning of summer. I "kidnapped" my best friend. We had hotel room on 6th floor opposite the stage, strawberries and champagne by the window to warm-up band Aqua and late-night-band Backyard Babies. Rocking below the stage for Ledin, The Summer Hit-guy. Everyone knows his lyrics by heart, wether they like it or not. Great singalong-night!

jugg and eddie
all great ones.......
for me Woodstock was not only the best concert I ever saw, but it still is the standard by which every fun weekend will ever be measured against in my life...LOL....I was 15...she was 17 ( with a license and car )...both parents thought we were somewhere else for the weekend....20 years later I confessed......took me 5 hours, but I got up front in time to see Jimi do the Star Spangled Banner.....and experienced lots of "firsts" that weekend.....
RandyNewman opening, James Taylor closing was awesome Kristy McVie as a solo, opening up for Stevie Ray Vaughn at the Agora in Houston was great Stones with Stevie Wonder opening at the Spectrum Philly was great ELO at the Spectrum...this concert made the cover of time Magazine for its special effects Bob Marley at the Filmore East NYC
JB at Select....long time ago in a different time
and the dozens and dozens of Southside Johnny and Bruce shows at the Stone Pony
