The rainfall in February 2005 was reported as 1.53” versus an historical average of 1.73”.
The average Temperature for February of 2005 was reported as 76.6F versus an historical average of 77.7F. The reported low of 69.4F was on February 3, and the reported high of 86.2F was on February 26.
Stronger winds out of the NW, rather than the West winds that are normal for February, were noted as the probabal cause for the 1.1 degree F lower than average temperature.
Since 1886 there has been no reported tropical cyclone activity within 180 nautical miles of SBH (which, believe it or not, can't be said about January or March - the only other months with no reported tropical cyclone activity are April, May, and June).
Or, in other words, what JEK said: "perfect!".
