My wife, 3 year old and I are going down to SBH on Feb. 12. We are flying YYZ-SXM-SBM on Skyservice and then WinnAir. We just picked up the tickets from Skyservice and they just include a voucher for the SXM-SBM WinnAir flight.
It says to give the voucher to the Conquest tours rep at PJIA. Does this mean I am MoL (merde outta luck) when it comes to using the In-transit gate? We were going to go all carry-on to save the time at PJIA - am I now forced to go through customs in SXM? Is it possible to exchange the voucher at the In-Transit gate?

The Conquest agent will be outside the terminal building so yes, you will be out of luck if you were hoping to use the in transit gate. The good news is that you will not have to wait for your luggage so just go through customs, exit the airport, see the the rep, get your tickets, stroll over to the Winair check in counter right away, and you might be able to get on an earlier plane but if not you won't have that long to wait.
