The International Hotel. 787-791-1700. The last time we were there it had been recently renovated. But that was probably 7 years ago. It has always been basic. Hope this helps. Might try a Google search for pictures.

Steve -
How did you stumble across this mysterious hotel? I have overnighted in San Juan many tines, and, before I read your posts, would have sworn that there is no hotel in SJU airport. I was convinced that you were confusing SJU and some other airport. However, the hotel that you described does appear to exist - it also appears to be basic enough to have a very low internet profile. SJU airport is basic enough that the only maps that I have found show gate locations only, and no hotel or other external ammenities. Are you aware of a map that shows where the hotel is located? Are you aware of any maps that show SJU airport and the hotel?
Regards, Kevin

Well, just a click on google under Luis Munoz Airport and the layout of the airport and description of the hotel appears.......

The second link is a list of some hotels in San Juan, with the International Hotel address listed at the bottom as "Airport Station"...why not just call, seems simple enough......

The hotel has been closed for more than a year, it is undergoing renovation now, and for reopening info here is a number to call (787) 791-1700.

Kevin, my wife and I have stayed there a number of times over the years. Can't tell you how we found it and can't say we were lucky because it is (was) not that nice, just cheap and clean. I did not know it was closed because we have not gone through San Juan in quite some time. Greg, thanks for the update.
