I assume, because nobody has communicated otherwise that the recent hurricane in the area missed St. Barths

dln,
Welcome to the forum! We've been discussing what has become Hurricane Gustav in the Storm Tracker forum. I think it was a tropical depression when it passed nearby St. Barth this past weekend, but Erik, our on island reporter, told us it only left a little rain on St. Barth Saturday.

And some us are busy doing the hurricane dance now hoping Gustav goes to Mexico. Sorry, somebody going to get it, might as well be Mexico. No offence.

DLN,
Meteo France put up a Yellow Alert (Soyez Attentif/Be Attentive) for all of the French Caribbean islands. The low that later became Hurricane Gustav passed through the islands down around Martinique, well to the south of St Barth. The Yellow Alert for St Barth was dropped sometime over the course of the weekend, but was maintained a bit longer for Guadeloupe and Martinique.
