Things are good, went to saline in the am then all sandy and dirty went to IDF for lunch, hoped in thier pool and cleaned up then got the best table, had the usual the ribs with frites, wife had the club, dylan fillet of beef and austin penne, they had a photo shoot going on and that was cool as was the fashion show and all the other lovely creatures about, back to the villa pool for a dip , a nap, then off to dinner at les Baniniers(bad spelling) we had pizza and the goat salad, service was great, great atmosphere, just didnt care for the food, imho wont go back!
Today diving and snorkling with plongee carib, everyone had a good time, so many jellyfish, they dont sting you but its like jellyfish lake in palau or a sponge bob cartoon!! i will post pics soon, lunch at do brazil with papaguyo playing, salade royal very good, always like it there.Hung on the beach then back to the villa for pool and bagette and cheese with tampanade.
Me and Nina went into town and we did more shopping and i bought her bday present at Time, great deal i have bought 4 watches from time or caret over the years and i cant get a better deal up home or anywhere, obviosly some neg. takes place and the call to bruno to see if its aloud, but always good service and they are a authorized agent so the warrenty is good anywhere.
On the way back home at le tournement the police were trying to chase someone on foot who was on a scooter i tried to block his way and nina was screaming HONEY WATCHOUT!!!! he got around me the police thanked me for trying and told us he had stole the scooter!! if nina wasnt there im sure my deductable would have been met. what day is it anyway! and Rosita where are my kisses!

Sounds like a great time is being had by you and Nina. Keep up the reports, mon ami.
I've been in jellyfish soup before and hated it. The only reason I came up to the surface through that slop was because I was out of air, a compelling reason for most....

Mmmm,
Watches are my downfall, but doesn't Time and Carat show prices in Euros??
Other places purchase and sell in dollars (Diamond Genesis) and I found the prices hit less with the inflation problem.
You needed a 30 point discount just to get them in line with regular prices.
How do the prices compare when you take the fat euro into consideration?

hi john, dollars and charged in dollars, goldfinger same way, we did our homework before we came and went from there, they are hurting here as well!!

This was quite a few years ago but at the time I was told in several watch stores in both St. Maarten and St. Barth that the base price for swiss watches is in USD.

If I was looking to purchase something and I went in to Carat, I would end up spending way too much money with Sandrine showing me watches.... I would have two for each arm.
