We had dinner on Tuesday at Andy's Hideway,Wednesday at Le Wok, and last night at Coup d'ETat. All very good. Also Gren de Sel at Saline is open. Le Repaire is also open and worth visiting. That has always been excellent. Wall House does not open until October As you can see we do not visit hotel restaurants. As residents we look for local flavor.

I'm not familiar with Coup d'Etat. Where and what is it?

Kudeta (Coup d'Etat) is the former Blue Coconut, which is the former L' Entr'acte. Same ownership, he redecorates every year, and changes the name from time to time. It is located on the waterfront in Gustavia, up the street from Goldfinger, BNP Paribas, and La Cantina.

Andy, I'm fine as long as he doesn't change the phone number.

David,
A group of us had dinner at K'fe Massai last night, and I had a fabulous Tuna Tataki. All of us ordered from the 29 Euro inclusive menu. Service was good. There was a large crowd consisting of locals and tourists, a healthy sign. My pre-dinner beer was served in a small bucket of ice, a neat touch and a counter to my previous experiences with their serving less than cool beer. All in our party were complimentary of last night's experience.
