Zanzibarth (R.I.P.) Blue Juice

Once upon a time, after dinner at the old Zanzibarth, the Dearly Beloved and I had a really great meal topped off by a neon blue digestif instead of the more traditional Rhum Vanille. It was delicious so we purchased a bottle to take home. Part of the plan was to use it for a taste comparison to make our own (I tended bar some while in school and still find mixing beverages more fun than pointing at a cooler full of beer and saying "help yourself" when guests come over).

On our trip to SBH in July, we stopped at Z Bar hoping that they still made and sold what has been dubbed "Blue Juice." We were also hoping to get the recipie, but there wasn't anyone available that evening to help us with it.

Any ideas for the right ingredients and the portions of each? I know it has Blue Curacao and lime juice, but need the other parts as well.
