We're three couples looking for a modern-styled villa for late Apr/early May timeframe. We don't want to pay more than about $11K for the week. We want queen or king beds in all rooms (NOT two twins pushed together) and we would love equal bedrooms. These two look pretty fab. I specifically would like to know if they are as fab as the pictures make them look and if there is a major disadvantage to the downstairs bedroom (which I believe both have). Any other suggestions for 3 br, mod, <$11k, equal brdms, big beds would be fantastic! Thanks in advance!
