I will see what I can find out. However, I will have the absolute pleasure of flying WinAir this time.
On the bright side, I've already told my secretary to not even try to reach me for the trip (unless it is truly urgent, and luckily she knows the difference between "this person claims it is urgent" and "this really is urgent.") To digress slightly -- one reason that St. Barth is better than Maui is because when clients call you very early in the morning, it is 10:00 a.m. St. Barth time, as opposed to Maui where they tend to call around 5:00 a.m.
Somewhat off topic: Since my wife and I are only staying four nights, we are seriously thinking of trying to pack carry-on only. What are the rules for things like sunscreen? If I go only carry on, am I going to have problems taking a few bottles of sunscreen?
Also, for dinners we are set for one night (our 10th Anniv) at Sapotillier (although they haven't yet responded to our e-mail request for a reservation), and at least one night at Isle de Case. The night before we fly home we usually don't have a big dinner, so that leaves one good/great meal. We really enjoyed Maya's our last trip, and are considering going there. Any other suggestions? We chose St. Barth largely because of the food, so we are looking for a place that will knock us out.

Skeeter, Le Sapotillier is a great choice for your special dinner I would call them at +590 590 27 60 28 to ensure you get your table.
Other great places are Top of the Rock at Eden Rock and Le Tamarin.
On the bottles, all liquids must be in 3 oz. or less containers and all must fit into a one-quart bag to get by TSA screening. See this site for more info http://www.tsa.dhs.gov/311/index.shtm

We wish you a smooth trip down, Amy. We're looking forward to seeing you and Phil on the 22nd, assuming our flights are on time and we make it to the island!

Skeeter, We used only carry-ons June 19-27 and had to get our sunscreen in SB, but we had no problems. There is ample supply @ Matche and l'Oasis, as well as the Pharmacies. We even found shaving creme and hair spray in 3 oz. bottles in USA. We put some OFF in a 3 oz. bottle but, fortunately, did not need it. We stayed @ Villa Diaco high up in Vitet and the breezes were constant. Happy Anniversay! Ed & Jean

amyb: here we're sitting at Emmanuel as I write looking over the beautiful ocean. You are in for a treat, wish we could be here for the party but alas we'll be back in Colorado and YOU'LL be here! We'll leave the place in good shape for you but will leave a little good vibe behind in Emmanuel. Just toast Jeff & Kathy at your party.
