a ( former) giant in the industry is finally slayed by greed....they wanted to Disneyize skiing...and thankfully they failed..kind of gives one hope eh?

It gets more difficult each year to justify the expense of a week long ski trip when your lift tickets cost as much as your accommodations. I have been invited to go out to Idaho during the upcoming season and the lift cost is not too bad. It is a smaller ski area and shouldn't have lift lines.

I know....I havent paid to ski in probably 20 years...I can't imagine,especially given how much I ski, if I had to....it is pricing itself right out of the middle class market
