A nice, small, gathering of sbhonliners at Darin & Lucie's today. A nice time was had by all. Le Gaiac could learn something about a brunch spread from the hosts. Thanks for the invite. I hope to see you next week.

Let me add my thanks and my apologies for not being able to attend. It was 41 and rainy in Providence RI, and I hear it was beautiful in Rockville. Pictures?

Yes he was. He has some great stories, other than the "snip, snip" one, too.

Yes, thanks Darin & Lucie! What a great brunch, your home is lovely, the food was delicious and the company delightful.
It occurred to me after we left that we hadn't taken any pix, and here we had the resident SBH photog in attendance. What's the adage about the cobbler's kids not having shoes? Oh well, trust us, it was fun!
all the best, Lynn & Paul

We enjoyed hosting an intimate gathering of sbhonliners -- it was a real pleasure. We took a poll we promised to share online.
Occupation: Lawyer, Budget Officer, Sales Sr. VP; Realtor; Photographer
Number of Trips: 5; 5; 21 and annual/multiple annual trips since 1985 - probably totals well over 55 trips total for the group.
Favorite Resto: Wall House (2); IDF/Sandbar tie; and Andy's Hideaway.
Celebrity Sightings: Jimmy Buffet (3); Chevy Chase; Howard Stern; Warner Wolf; Tom Hanks; Rita Wilson; Sela Ward; Steve Martin; Lorne Michaels; Kevin Nealon; Ivan Boesky; Susan Lucci; David Letterman (2); Cindy Crawford; Elle McPherson
Favorite Beach: Saline (2); Flamands; Gouvernor
Villa/Hotels: Isle de France (2); Villa MKA; Villa ALO; Francois Plantation; Baie des Anges; Les Ondines; Emeraude Plague; Etoile de Marin; St. Barth's Beach Hotel (Villa); Villa Affriole; Petit Pois; Mamunia; Village St. Jean, Le Manior; Sunset Hotel, Villa Peacock
Everyone brought wonderful drinks or food to share. Eddie was kind enough to grace us with a beautiful picture of our favorite beach - Gouvernor -- and showed us all his new ultra-large picture of Gustavia -- which we have the smaller version and love it.
Everyone shared stories and insight about the Island and the wonderful people we have met. We hope to partipate in an on-Island get together in the future. Thanks. -Darin and Lucie
