Pages: 1 maryed Reged: 01/19/04 Posts: 8 Loc: missouri dauphin island       #13085 - 02/08/04 01:38 PM Edit   Reply   Quote   my husband and i LOVE LOVE LOVE st. barth's -- let's make that very clear from the get-go....but the dreaded "college spring break" is looming, and we need to take 3 college-aged persons and ourselves somewhere they (and we) can enjoy for a week. we have spent countless times on the florida gulf coast, but are considering dauphin island, alabama ( in a 6 bedroom house ). looks like it is close enough to the things they would like to do, but far enough away that my husband and i can just sit on the beach in relative serenity. please give me your honest assessment of the place, given the fact that we will have 3 college students with us.....
