what a day and night...what weather!...what an Easter brunch!...what a hotel!....this is the Grand Old Mt Washington Hotel...a real throwback to the days of Grand hotels that were...well...grand.....lots of marble...stained glass....huge ceilings...gigantic crystal chandeliers everywhere....it was the darling of New England inns many many years ago and than went dormant and unoccupied for a very long time. and has now been in the midst of a rebirth and is back in business......well worth the visit..
