I have stayed at CDM (Dec of 02) and loved the house. Will you rent it as a one or more bedroom? That is important b/c I do not see the second bedroom (and surely not the third) as being on the same par as the master (if you are traveling with another couple). As a one bedroom I loved the place. Very private; wonderful view towards PM; you really do hear the "chant de la mer" from the house; very comfy outdoor living area which is the main draw for me; we enjoyed the open inside living room at night; just enough kitchen for what is necessary; the walking in PM and Mont Jean is very nice if you are so inclined; in Dec the pool area had a good deal of sun; if Sofie is still taking care of the house you are in good hands.

It is very cool to get up early and go to the drive way -which faces Marigot-and watch the sun coming up. The house blocks the mass amount of wind so the lounging area is quite comfortable.

David also stayed at this house and can offer some advice.
