This would be wonderful to have, we take the ferry and the ride back and forth to oyster pond is not pleasant at all. Its impossible to get a private taxi, they put you in a big van with lots of people, the ride is pretty long, and if I could just leave from the airport that would be so much better. On the Voyager website they have updated it to leave from Princess Juliana but there are no times available.

SXM is on the Dutch side. Voyager is a French company. This new ferry route would bring too much shade on the established actors. The SXM SBH (by air / or sea) is an extremely profitable business that keeps Winair flying.

As we say in French: Chasse gardée !
