Villa Chef

Julie and I have never had a catered meal at our villa, but are considering one to help celebrate our anniversary. There are any number of web pages and links listing chefs, but does anyone have a recommendation for someone who can produce a special meal for two? In particular, we want someone who specializes in seafood and shellfish.
