Winair charging to use credit card for payment?

I just went to book our flights for November and Winair is now charging $27.24 to process your credit card payment? I don't remember that extra payment with our flights this past May. Did I miss that or is it something that is indeed new? Your only other choice for payment is to go to their office at SXM - that option will only cost you $20.

i prefer to fly SBC for a lot of reasons but unfortunately the later arrival of our WestJet flight from YYZ leaves us no option but Winair.
