There was one at Pipiri Palace. Pierre would give an umbrella to the people sitting at the table next to it whenever he needed to remove a lobster.

Kevin . . . don’t forget Marigot Bay Club. Though I think it was a swim to a cage in the bay, rather than a tank.

There was some sort of tank in the kitchen, which was not visible to patrons. When the tank ran out of lobsters one of the kitchen staff would paddle out to the holding pen in the bay on a surfboard.
