Welcome aboard the Wayayai! Your time aboard will be pure pleasure. Embarkation is alongside the Gustavia quay, right in the centre of town. Once on board, you will be able to use one of the five cabins on the boat to make yourself comfortable. In an instant, the sails will be hoisted and you will be sailing off in the direction of Ile Fourchu or Colombier beach, comfortably installed on one of the trampolines or sun decks. As the Wayayai is a fast boat, you won’t notice the distance and if the wind does let us down there are two powerful diesel engines to give us a cruising speed of 9 knots.

Once we reach the beach, you can freely use the diving equipment and discover the fish filled waters of St Barthélémy’s natural reserve. But perhaps you would find a stroll along the beach more tempting? The Wayayai always has its own dinghy aboard to safely carry you there. Deck showers will enable you to make the most of swimming and lazing without the harmful effects of salt. For anyone wanting to relax and watch a favourite DVD there is a fully equipped cabin available. The Wayayai is equipped for long cruises and is authorised to carry 14 passengers in complete safety.

Ideal for those wanting to enjoy the thrill of sailing but concerned about a boat heeling and therefore looking for a more ‘stable’ ride. A catamaran can also get closer to the shore as they typically draw less than monohulls and don’t roll at anchor. They also offer passengers ease of access to the water which is ideal for children or less agile guests. Another feature is the enormous deck space relative to length and large cockpit area which can comfortably be used while underway. Catamarans have equal accommodations, which are mostly ensuite.
