Villa Triagoz is a stunning place. For my wife and I for our 10th anniversary, it was just amazing. The interior is very modern. The kitchen is very nice and the grilling area (a separate outdoor area in the back of the villa) is functional but lacking in breeze. Useful for cooking and for getting sun at certain hours. The children's room is pretty tiny, with no windows. It connects to the nicer bedroom.
The two large bedrooms definitely divide into "master" and "second." The master bedroom has a slightly nicer bathroom (complete with outdoor shower) and definitely has better views (incredible views straight out towards Flamands and the ocean). The other bedroom is nice and about the same size, but it is angled to look more up at the hills than at the water.
The outdoor area is very nice. The views are beautiful. The pool is about four feet deep and relatively large. That might be an issue with your kids, depending on how well they can swim. It also is equipped with an alarm.
Getting down to Flamands may be a bit tricky depending on the physical condition of the group. One option is walking down the road, which is slightly dangerous. It is about a five minute walk but it is pretty much straight up and down. The gravel along the road is not the best walking surface. There is also a way to get down by going through IDF. At the start of the driveway, there is small path that leads to the gardens of IDF. We did not discover that path until the final day of the stay when staff at IDF mentioned it to us. Again, a tough few minutes physically but much more safe. It is a staircase and path through lush gardens. Very beautiful.
If you need more info, please PM me.
Please also note the concern about Flamands beach with small children. The waves can be a bit unpredictable.
