Chef Bernard Javelle:

Born, raised and trained in the gastronomically renowned city of Lyon, France, Bernard Javelle is truly one of the finest French chefs of the island. He acquired his culinary know-how by working in the following internationally reputed restaurants: Nandron, Bourillot and Le Nord. In 1980 he opened his own restaurants in the Lyon region: La Flanelle & Le Ciceron. In 1988 he discovered the beauty and peacefulness of St Barts and chose to open and manage the following restaurants on the island: Le Lagon Bleu, Le Caraibes Café and the famed Paradisio Restaurant in Gustavia.

Now, after 15 years on the Island, Bernard is delighted to be able to propose his talented services to all of St Bart's food loving clientele through St. Barth Chef Service & catering. His unequalled knowledge of local products, suppliers and fisherman allow him to bring the highest standard of quality directly to your home away from home.
