The daily rate is for two people sharing a cottage / villa and includes the following: private accommodation, welcome gift, continental breakfast served in our dinning-room, private parking, access to fresh water pool, airport transfers, access to WiFi high speed connection from the library and lounge, beach towels provided, and services.

The cottages: The hotel is composed of twelve cottages with two different settings: four bungalows are nestled discreetly in the lush and cool beauty of tropical garden, and eight hillside bungalows have a panoramic view of the sea.
Each of the hotel's twelve cottages ensures the utmost privacy and tranquillity. Bungalows can accommodate one or two persons, with one exception: two ocean view bungalows have been specially designed to accommodate a party of three. Mahogany dividers separating the terraces can easily be removed to connect the two, thereby creating a comfortable apartment, ideal when vacationing with family and friends.
All the cottages are decorated, furnished and equipped with the same attention to detail: mahogany furniture and white marble bathrooms are standard in all. All the cottages are furnished with frames, colonial style queen-size beds, roomy closets and shelves for your personal belongings, air conditioning, overhead ceiling fan, TV with a French/American channels, CD player, mini bar, lockable safety deposit box, and direct-line telephone. The 12 units have boat wood floors with white joints in the bathroom and traditional wood floor in the bedroom in order to contribute to give a different and warm atmosphere.
Bathrooms are equipped with double sink, bidet, toilet, shower and hair dryer for the convenience of the clients. The complete range of linens is changed daily.
Each cottage is 30 meter-square and has a private terrace furnished with tables, chairs and reclining deck chairs.

The villa with private pool: Located on top of the property, the Villa Plantation is the exclusive rental of the hotel François Plantation. A very pretty villa offering a breathtaking and astonishing view over Flamands and Pointe Milou sun rises. This one bedroom villa with complete kitchen, leather furniture and modern equipped dining room opens on a large sundeck and private pool.
Amenities: Direct TV, VCR & DVD, Stereo, safe deposit, telephone
Services: Maid service daily
Bedroom: Queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, screen windows, bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, small sitting area with leather furniture.
Dining room & living room: both furnished with modern and incredibly comfortable sofa and chairs with great view on the ocean.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, oven, electric cook top, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
Swimming pool: Small pool with large deck area with privacy and tranquillity
Terrace: Furnish with teak table and chairs for lunch, colonial style armchair for relaxing and teak long chairs for the sun.

The hotel swimming pool: The pool is located on the hilltop, and offers a spectacular view on the Caribbean Sea. It is tinted in grey and the surrounding dressed with teak wood deck and grey stone walls.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to guarantee any reservations. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled no later than 30 day prior to arrival.
From 20 December 2007 to 6 January 2008: minimum 8 night stay, 30% deposit is required to secure reservation, full payment or cancellation 90 days prior to arrival
Children: Less than 7 years is free of charge. Extra bed 7 years and up is 100 €
Cancellation: Should we receive a cancellation after entering these periods, as well as in case of no-show or shortened stay, the deposit would be forfeited. We do recommend taking a travel insurance to protect you in case of a sudden cancellation.
