
Chef Emmanuel Maurin --
Born and raised in “Grasse” in the south of
France, I have 15 years experience in the hospitality business.
I graduated from the Cooking school in “Nice”,
managing the four star dining restaurant of the Opera House in Sydney,
as well as a Chef de Partie at the Moulin de Mougins for Roger Vergé
where my true passion for southern French cuisine intensified.
I worked as a Chef at La Crémaillère in
Greenwich Connecticut.
Fine wines are another passion and I am a certified sommelier.
I was first introduced to the magical island of St Barth in 1994 and
have spent a considerable amount of time here in paradise.
St Barth has been my permanent residence for the last 4 years, since
then I worked as a Sommelier at Le Sapotillier and catering for friends
from the United States. Due to my experience and passion for food &
wine, I am pleased to dedicate my time to fulfil your every gastronomic
wish.
