| Named
after the spiny Caribbean lobster, Restaurant La Langouste is
open everyday for lunch
and dinner and serves wonderful, simply prepared food, including
its famous grilled lobster. The dining room tables surround
the hotel pool which is illuminated at night. La Langouste has
a distinctly homey feel thanks to the hospitality and charm
if its owner, Annie Ange.
The grilled Caribbean lobster is the star of the menu. It is
served with and complimented by a number of side dishes which
have a distinctly island character. There are also a wide selection
of French and Creole specialties. The wine list has a variety
of reasonably priced wines— particularly the whites which
of course go wonderfully well with lobster.
