St Barth International Property Owners Association
(SBIPOA)

Founded in 2007, this organization seeks to provide a forum for communication among owners of property on St Barth who live abroad. Members of SBIPOA also strive to give back to the island by raising funds to purchase medical equipment (St. Barthelemy Medical Equipment Foundation and FEMUR) , and supporting the development of similarly beneficial infrastructure on the island.

The organization meets 4 times a year in St Barth, the third Thursday of January, February and March, and the second Thursday of April. Questions for SBIPOA and/or requests to join the organization can be sent to SBPIOA@sbhonline.com.

St Barth's Property and Villa owners can participate in a private online forum, The St Barths Villa Owners Corner, on SBHOnline.com. To participate in this forum you must first register as a property or homeowner on the island.

Larry O'Donnell New President Of SBIPO
Larry O'Donnell has been named the new president of SBIPO, Saint Barth International Property Owners Association, which was founded two years ago under the impetus of David Graham and other home owners on the island. O'Donnell, who has a home in Pointe Milou, is the third president of the association's board of directors, following Jeet Singh and Deborah Brosnan in the position. "Our goals are to try and unite the international home owners, especially in terms of communication, as well as do something beneficial for the island," says O'Donnell. The group meets four time a year: the third Thursday of January, February, and March, and the second Thursday in April, with guest speakers such as Bruno Magras, and Philippe Hochart, who recently addressed the group on advances in alternative energy. The other officers of the SBIPO board include: Marty London, vice-president, Suzanne Jackson, secretary, and Libby Troyer, treasurer, while Lee Kirch and Bill Cowie are also board members.
