The Prize:
The winner each month will receive a gift certificate good for an all-inclusive dinner for two at Andy's Hideaway, renowned for its "lousy food, warm beer and view of the car park".The Fine Print:
1. Although advertisements for Chez Andy The Hideaway (hereinafter “The Hideaway”) represent that it serves warm food and lousy beer and that its wait staff have been recruited from prisons and mental institutions, this is not to be construed as a binding promise of any kind. On rare occasions, the food may in fact be edible, the beer pleasantly cool and the wait staff polite and charming. The Winner of the Photo of the Month Contest (hereinafter “Winner”) acknowledges that such occasions are accidental and serendipitous and do not constitute binding obligations on The Hideaway in the future.2. Known the world over as one of “The Hot Tables in the Caribbean,” The Hideaway caters to the ultra rich and ultra famous. If Winner does not arrive in black tie by chauffeured limousine (or better yet by air on the adjacent heliport), Winner recognizes that he/she will not be seated. Even if arriving in style and suitably attired, Winner understands that it is very unlikely that he/she will be seated at one of the coveted tables that overlook the car park as these are reserved for guests with titles or names ending in Roman Numerals.
3. Winner further acknowledges that many people have become seriously ill or deranged as a result of spending an evening at The Hideaway and that such occurrences are simply one of the reasons why eating at The Hideaway is always a memorable experience and an adventure.
4. The Hideaway assumes no liability for guests who become lost or disappear entirely while attempting to find the restrooms.
5. This Certificate expires when The Hideaway is sued by its creditors or by angry customers, files for bankruptcy or when the proprietor of The Hideaway is formally adjudged as legally incompetent or insane: all of which appear imminent.
How to Enter:
To be eligible to win please upload your photos in the Photo Gallery. If possible, please limit the size of your photos to 600x800 mega pixels (or roughly 10" x 8" and less than 50kb).
A new winner will be selected every month.
