Cancellation policies:
IN GENERAL
30 - 15 days : 3 nights
15 - 00 days : Total Stay

FOR PEAK SEASON
60 -00 days : Total stay

MINIMUM STAYS
7 nights for the Thanksgiving period (means any 7 nights including Thanksgiving day)

Any 10 nights between December 19th and January 3rd inclusive.

DEPOSIT
All reservations must be secured with a three night deposit
Festive Period Bookings must be secured with a 5 night deposit,with balance payable 60 days prior to arrival.
